But after my friend explained me all the advantages of actually saving all my invoices in the cloud I gave InvoiceBerry a try. I have to say I haven't regretted it at all. Their app is super simple to set up and it took me less than 10 minutes from signup to setting up all my clients and sending my first invoice.

About 40% of my customers are repeat jobs and InvoiceBerry offers a recurring invoices function which iseasy to set up and then automatically sends the invoice every week to my customer. No more work for me after the inital setup! Great time saver!

Only disadvantage is that the data is stored online. But nowadays that seems to be the trend. And at least I don't have to care about backups this way.
