I called advantage with a problem I could not solve with CIS return submission, I was put on hold and the telephonist came back to me to say it was not something the support team had come across before and they would look into it. I was called back 5 minutes later by a member of the support team, who logged on live and solved my problem, whilst talking me through it.

Support readily available, excellent product knowledge in my case Sage 50 2013 and Instant Accounts Plus. Willingness of staff to go the extra mile to solve a problem and come up with alternative ideas .. thinking outside of the box. Unlimited patience! Value for money goes without saying.I made a mistake in initially purchasing the wrong software for my clients needs, but Advantage Services where more than accommodating in allowing me to change this. Will recommend clients and friends to use Advantage Services and buy Sage Software and the various support packages as they are a cut above the rest of the competition.

Jan was patience personified in resolving my error installation message '1628 installation did not complete' for my sage 50 forecasting download. Through taking control of my pc via remote access software, she very quickly identified the issue and more importantly resolved the problem for a non-technical pc operator. Great service.

I would like to express how amaqzingly helpful the support I received on Friday 27th September was. I had only Friday to learn Sage Payroll and process payroll with not only very little experience but very little information as well. 2 of your colleagues held my hand all day and were not only very friendly but also extremely helpful!
