Russell Hobbs Leaves You Hanging
I purchased a Russell Hobbs Microwave oven through Amazon to be delivered by Yodel. Although the item was delivered going by their records this wasn't the case as the supposed place of delivery didn't have it.
Neither Amazon nor Yodel were of help I decided to enlist Russell Hobbs help and I went to their site. An e-commerce business whose customer service contact is the telephone? No email, no chat facilities?
As I am hard of hearing the telephone is no use to me so here I was stranded. Couldn't contact Amazon as they only refer you to the seller, couldn't contact Yodel as their site is worse than Amazon's and couldn't contact Russell Hobbs because of their inadequacy.
End of the story: In the end I managed to find the oven at a wrong address.
