I found difficult to used at first but I can manage it! Never got any help from them but after 2 years paying and unable to used or publish I cancel my account on November 2016.

But they still taking payment until today 11 April 2017 without permission as I cancel the account 5 months ago.

This causes me lots of problems with the bank and now I have fees to pay for the overdrawn from the payments taking without permission and close the bank account to stop them taking more.

I forced to report this situation to Police internet fraud to stop this abuse.

I still waiting for refund probably for the rest of my life.

Horrendous

I just sign up for Create a few days ago and supposedly my site should've been published 2 days ago. No such things. Wrote 3 messages to support in 2 days - silence. Forum area is down as well.

Great idea and easy to use website, but execution is just bad! So far I'm am paying for nothing!

Initially very frustrating and difficult to use. The design interface never matched what would actually be published on screen. But 8 years ago there was little choice and I persevered.

I have been a loyal customer for 8+ years and suddenly they decide to hike the price per month by 100%, and try and persuade me that this is justified because they are now able to offer a load more tools, tools that I do not actually need.

This spurred me to look around and I realised you can get a much better website produced with better templates and design tools for a lot cheaper.

So avoid create.net, you never know if they'll suddenly hike the price by 100%! They do not take account of your actual needs and hike the price anyway, and there are much better more professional tools and templates that you can use more cheaply on other website builders. Save yourself the frustration and AVOID.

If you have no experience with web design at all, this might be ok for you.

The slideshow works terribly with an awful glitchy animation.

Place a picture on your site, it gets slapped in the middle and there is no options to move it anywhere.

I have been a Create customer now for many many years, and currently have three websites with them. The team are always bringing new items to the development to make the product even better. Yes there are areas that might not work the way you want it to work, but having looked around there is not one from another supplier that does everything you want it to do. The customer support is excellent and a forum that has some great help from other users.

I've been happily using Create for over 4 years, having switched from another host.

It's very easy to set up a website with an integrated shop and your own domain name. If you get stuck or need some advice or feedback you have your own account manager and the forum is friendly and helpful too.

I'd definitely recommend Create :)

Positives:

Start from scratch system - buy and register your domain name/url all in one place, or you can transfer an existing website/business.

Choice of package options for small or large business owners.

Anyone with basic html skills can use it.

Easy WYSWYG to handle/manipulate when adding text & images.

Choice of templates.

You can go simple or complicated.

For those with more css and html knowledge you can build your own templates.

Customer Support is polite & friendly and although there is no telephone support offered, I've never found that to be a problem. A personal email will provide a response for more urgent matters within a few hours.

Support is not fully available over the weekend or public holidays but a skeleton staff is provided.

Closed forum for Create members to share ideas and assist with small problems/fixes as well as constructive reviews/suggestions for new members' websites.

Negatives:

Back office changes/tweaks can be made without advance notice and these have sometimes affected my site. It's usually fixed or they will offer a temporary fix within either a few hours but sometimes this can run into days. However, I've never been in a position since 2008 that my site has not been able to function due to the changes.

The "Search" function doesn't work very well and does not handle search strings so customers typing more than one word will struggle if your business has a large number of products.

There are other small, niggly things which irritate from time to time but nothing so far has pushed me to look elsewhere for a company to host my business. It's daunting to think how I would start again with over 5,000 individual products and certainly, the positives outweigh the niggles.

I'm staying where I am.

I have been with create now for a few years and making and maintaining a website has been a real learning curve with some hard knocks along the way but whenever I have been stuck the guys from create have been there 100% with teq support second to none. I would definitely recommend this platform to anyone for a website, reliable and easy to use :)

I've been with Create for great many years & over that time i've seen it grow & develop in to one of the best web building businesses out there. Its easy to set up & use plus with great staff that are always helpful. I would highly recommend Create to anyone wishing to join the world wide web be it business or pleasure.

i have just set up a new website, after dealing with mr site this company is a breath of fresh air, so helpful and friendly I would certainly recommend them to anyone 10/10
