We were with CoreCommerce for a little over 6 months and finally had to move on to another cart. They claim they are QuickBooks compatible, but if you use their QB download you will no longer be able to generate any reports in your Quick books. They do not handle skus correctly (Like Hats-->Small-->Red). We had a number of times that our website went down on a weekend (full blown server out crash) and no way to report it. They have no tech support on weekends, you only get a message. Very limited sale functionality (for instance - can't do buy one get one free). When they do have tech support it isn't bad. Templates were an issue but I guess they've added more since we've been with them. We had numerous complaints - ongoing from customers - that our site was really, really slow. Since they host with RackSpace, it appeared to be more of a server overload issue -- ie too many clients on their machines. Because tech support said they couldn't reproduce the problem (of course!) we never got a resolution. We really needed our accounting software (QB) and so between this, the slowness and the downtime, we bailed. I suppose if you had a really small shop and didn't do much monthly business they would be ok for a shopping cart system. But if you plan to grow, use Quick Books, and need 100% uptime/fast site, I would recommend you try something else.

A much better product than the previous one I tried. They have been fantastic. Great support team (especially Terry) who has helped me every step of the way. With my previous provider I had downtime issues, with CoreCommerce no downtime issues plus they are hosted at Rackspace.

The software is solid. Has all the bells and whistles you need to run a store. Bottom line is I can thank CoreCommerce for increasing my store revenues. Take a look if you need a good estore solution.
