I bought their Exchange Recovery software for $399. It did not allow it to activate. They sent me the wrong software after I complained and after 4 months I still cannot use their software. I have called to complain and ask for a refund. They lie! Their website says they offer a 30 money back guarantee. But once you buy their software and ask for a refund they say they only offer refunds of their software is at fault or their support does not offer you help. Their support help is in the form of emails that tell you their software works and you must be using it wrong. Great, thanks for the help. I tried to have my credit card reveesed but since they say they sent me a product the credit card (Citi) wont allow a refund. I am seriously considering cancelling their card as well over this incident.

I DOWNLOADED THIS PROGRAM TO REPAIR AN ERROR MESSAGE ON MY OUTLOOK E-MAIL. I PAID $99.00. IT DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR DAYS AND THEY WONT AUTHORIZE A REFUND. DO NOT TRUST THIS DOWNLOAD.

Do not buy this product! It does not work. Their support gives you solutions that don't work, and then have the balls to say they cannot give you a refund, unless 'they opine that the software does not work'. Beware in particular these names in stellar phoenix support: Gurpreet, Sanandh Chopra, Abdul Majid, Vinita

They got $500 of my money for the MySQL recovery product. It has been a total scam and email support has been automated to look like its real (or they want you to believe that).

I've been asking and demanding a refund from day one. They email me back so no problem but please let us try to resolve your problem. I respond and two days later get an email saying I didn't respond.

EMails, Phone calls TOTAL SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT.

Stellar Info support extermly poor. Appliaction did not work as advertised. Afterpurchasing and activation the application would not save the mail box as a pst. The applcaition appears to be defective. 600.00 us spent on the phoenix edb recovery tool wasted.
