I have just upgraded my sage application and it corrupted my whole database, contacted sage regarding error and they told me to restore from my last backup.

perfectbackup saved my day when my computers went down, i used its service regularly to back up my data. when i lost my important documents, i used it to back up and it did succeed. i never thought i would so useful.

In November 2007 Perfect Backup emailed me and offered a 1Gb account - "Free for Life". Now they have reduced the capacity on my account to 50mb.

If they have no intention of honoring their pledge they should not make the offer in the first place.

Surprise, surprise, they are not responding to my emails.

I am not being unreasonable - they made the offer and should stand by it.

I Have never met such a helpful group of people. An account manager told me what online backup account I would need and why, an engineer shared my screen and got everything setup, I just sat and watched what he was doing.

five star product and a 5 star service.

The only small downside is I backup every hour and get an email confirmation every hour and I Have been told it is all or nothing. Still happy though.

PerfectBackups software has just upgraded itself to the latest version. Now offers CDP, local backup and full bare metal recovery for my Windows 2008 server. This backup software just gets better and better.

I had a free seed load with PerfectBackup Online Backup Manager which means I didn't need to upload via my internet connection. Support was fantastic and made the whole task so easy despite me being a an inexperienced computer person. Would seriously recommend this online backup solution especially if you want simple to use, effective and low cost!

The whole process was very easy, their technical support set everything up for me free of charge, and the product does what it says on the tin. It automatically backs up my data to secure off site location. Well recommend PerfectBackup Online Backup Manager.

Just a fantastic service. I bought a 100GB online backup account, they installed and configured it for me that same day, sent me a hard disk which arrived the next day. They copied all my data on to the disk and I sent it back to them. They uploaded it to their servers so there was no need for me to upload the whole 100GB. Now I only backup the changes. In my opinion they are not the cheapest but most definitely the best.

Perfectbackup.co.uk made a time consuming and complicated task very easy for me.
