I Have Been Using Nero 7 Premium For Almost 3 Yrs

I have been using Nero 7 Premium for almost 3 yrs now and I've never experience bad things about it. Sometimes it skip on burning my CDs/DVDs but overall it performance is good. My suggestion is to upgrade to the latest nero, now it's Nero 8. It has some cool features too.

I have had to uninstall and reinstall twice with this product. The tech guy said it was my filter that was causing the problem. I think it is a poor product.

Having Had Nero For A Long Time, I Upgrade When I

Having had Nero for a long time, I upgrade when I can. In fact the only reason I upgraded to 7 was that my 6 had stopped working on my PC. Nero 7 doesn't work for Nerovision but it works fine for mp3 etc.

I have had support from Nero helpdesk for about 3 months now - still can't get it to work on my PC, even going through all the elements the support desk has told me. So I've reverted to Nero 6 on a different partition on my PC to get it working. Nero 6 doesn't auto fit onto a DVD, which is a real pity and this option was fantastic with Nero 7!

Burning iso and bin files are fine, as is mp3. And you can easily change the order of the music to suit.

Having not much luck with 7 on my PC, I have tried it on my laptop (which I got 4 days ago). It works perfectly! But I've still not had much experience with a working Nero 7 for DVD's.

I Totally Disagree With The Review Below. I Have U

I totally disagree with the review below. I have used both the main CD-DVD burning programs (the other Roxio) and Nero is by far the best burning program available. the program is easy to setup, if you take your time, and manuals are not necessary most of the time, but ARE available from the NERO web-site to view and/or download.

It is a great program to create normal CD's, as it will convert WMA and MP3 etc to CD automatically, so the CD will play in any CD player. Nero Express is the easiest of burning programs to use, and it is straight forward and self-explanatory to use, so simple. Highly recommended, although download Nero Ultra edition instead of Premium. It's the same program minus a couple of less-used modules, and it's over 100Mb smaller in size.

I Hate Nero. I Have Been Burning Cd's And Dvd's Wi

I hate Nero. I have been burning cd's and dvd's with it for 2 years now. I did not get rid of it only because I did not take the time to find out about another dvd burning program that does not make me hate life like Nero does.I have always spent valuable time to always try to learn something about it and it always make me running out of patience. The manuals seems written by brainless people. For example,I wanted to make some tests on my new DVD writer a week ago,and for some reason the 'start' button in the dumb Nero DVD tests is always greyed out. I have looked in the manual for 18 minutes, and I could not find ANY info about the dumb thing.

I have searched on their website for another 14 minutes, and I found no manual about the dumb Nero 'Tools'.

I could go on forever, that was only an examlple....I hate Nero,it's manuals, and it's website, and I will find an alternative soon because I am tired to get angry at this dumb program.

It does so many things that I find really unnerving...for example, when I finish burning a DVD,the dumb thing ejects it automatically....then I have to insert the disc again to check that the data recorded there works. And did I ever find where to cancel the 'eject' option? You bet I did'nt.

Then,if you want the manuals, you have to download them from their website, and then you have to choose between 20 different versions. How stupid and annoying.

Buy another program and avoid Nero....your life will be a more pleasant.
