LG Software Innovations 1Click DVD Copy

1 Click DVD Copy works flawlessly with Slysoft's "Any DVD"! (disable CPRx).

On very hard to copy titles with the latest protections like unreadable sectors or bogus title sets, 1 Click DVD Copy is usually the ONLY program that can make a playable movie DVD. In these cases, many DVD copying programs may burn a "coaster" (an unplayable DVD).

In my experience over the years it has been very rare that I cannot copy a movie using 1 Click DVD Copy and Any DVD. I have been copying my movie DVD's from the early years of "DVD Shrink". I have found that I can continue to use my versions of 1 Click DVD Copy without having to renew each year. The only time I upgrade 1 Click is when they have made improvements to the burning and compression software .

The only problem with 1 Click DVD Copy is that it doesn't have a "split mode" for copying a very large DVD-9 movie to two DVD-5's. If a movie is so big that it will require more than 20-25% compression I use DVD Fab or DVD Cloner (with Any DVD)to make an exact "split" copy of a DVD.

I have been using this software for 7 years. Works pretty well. Recently had a problem with a new PC hard drive crashing and they have put me through utter grief trying to get them to reactivate the software. Unbelieveable that they would put a customer of 7 years through what they have put me through. Not worth doing business with a company that treats their clients this way.

I think is the best in the market only problem is that only save as .vod(dvd) format but picture quality and sound are the best. any dvd is the same I work with both.I have my dvd collection 300+ in dvd format with windows media center is the best.

Would not recommend LG Software Innovations 1Click DVD Copy to a friend or an enemy.I can't get the program to work and they say I can't get my money back until I meet their minimum requirement. Which is to keep trying all their fixes until I get it working.How much time is someone supposed to spend trying to fix the bugs in a program that they paid for? Buy any program but this one.

I bought the software and thought it didn't work after installing cause my DVD burner was toast. I sold that laptop same day and bought a new one, redownloaded the software on my computer and it would not register cause it had already been registered on another machine. I emailed customer service, explaining that I wanted them to A) Refund my money, or B) cancel the old key, and issue me a new one--this would guarantee that I only had one liceanse and one functioning copy of the software. They emailed me back saying that their system shows that the program is registered on one computer and trying to be used on another one and that the only way to use the software on my new computer(old computer wiped clean and has new owner) is to pay $39.99 more for a 2nd licease!! After $59 for the first liceanse---and I can't even use the first licence. They process through pay pal, so I called them, but they will do nothing because pay pal only covers purchases that are shipped, not downloads, so they don't really care what happens to the customer who downloads software from sites, they basically said if 1click DVD does not issue you a refund or a new activation code, your just stuck. They have no contact number, and if you upgrade your computer they will not transfer licence, so basically is something goes horribly wrong with your pc or it crashes or gets stolen, they will not deactivate the old version of the software and send you a new one at all!!! they will only take your money for nothing!!!!! DVDCloner6 by the way has a telephone number, they refunded my money in 2 days after purchase and have excellent customer support, they will transfer liceanses also from one computer to the next!!! Have been building, installing and repairing computers for over 10 years. Purchased LG Software Innovations 1Click DVD Copy 3/29/09. Installed one click on what is now my old computer. Old computer went south on me. Built new computer. Installed one click on new computer. Attempted to register. One click would not register new computer claiming I had used it on 2 computers prior and I would have to buy another license. The new computer is the second computer. Regardless of how the software works, I would not have made the purchase if I knew about the extremely poor customer service.

Works great. Easy to use. The product is good but they need a easier way to contact customer support. Therefore still do recommend LG Software Innovations 1Click DVD Copy.

I ended up with a version of 1ClickDVD that I cannot open and the company will not do anything but offer me a license renewal. I purchased and older version and was allowed a free upgrade. I did not use for a period of time and when I tried to open my purchased copy it will not open. I explained to the company that I am only trying to use to copy I purchased and not to use any upgraded versions and their response was but a new license or there is nothing we can do for you.

I'd recommend this software to anyone. I haven't found any glitches yet and really don't expect to. Customer service was quick to respond to my questions. If I do encounter any problems, I'll post them here.

I have 1Click DVD Copy in my old computer and it has not expired. I bought a new computer with a Windows Vista Home Premium Program. The software wants me to give a registration number. I paid the money $59.00 without trying to simply change over to my new computer, and it does not work.
