It does not push the data to the account.. I have to chat and ask for a manual push.....each time, I am told the problem is fixed.. it never is. all I ask of it to show me the texts, and give me the telephone numbers. that's all. It can't even do that. horrible

All Buyers beware if you are purchasing this for an IPHONE, it is not

worth the money. The only thing they offer is call logs (not the

conversations) and SMS messages, which all that is free with the phone

company. They claim you have to wait 3 days for ICLOUD to back up, but

yet they can’t get pics. Very odd since ICLOUD backs up pictures,

videos, contacts, texts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have it for a

week and it doesn’t work and CSV is of no help either.

I've had WebWatcher now for 3 months. I did the 7 day trial first and was impressed and then decided to pay the $97 for the licensed version (as the company had hoped). When I paid the $97 the reports weren't working and some recording wasn't working so I asked the online support through logging a request on their Help (they were very quick and helpful). I told them reports weren't working then they said I had to pay for an upgrade to get the reports!! (So $97 for the software was already not the real price!). I paid about $25 to get the upgrade so I could get everything working, it upgraded me to Premium for that. Then I used up the

When it works, it works great. Their website is very slow and sometimes down, but I could deal with that. Any Windows or antivirus update cause Webwatcher to stop recording. I spent hours in chat sorting out the problem and every time access to the monitored computer is required. When it's time to renew your liscense you need access to the monitored computer. This completely defeats the purpose of this software and makes no sense! If I'd been told this up front I'd never have wasted my money on this software.

It was working great but ceased to record whenever there was an antivirus or Windows update. After a total of many hours with live chat I was able to get it working again after each time it failed. Of course access to the monitored computer was required each time in order to fix the issues. I found that with no Windows updating that it worked consistently and I was very happy with it. I put up with their slow website speed when accessing data and the gaps in recorded data at times (all data was finally uploaded but occasionally it took a few days). My biggest problem with this software is that when it comes time to renew a license you need full access to the computer being monitored so that you can once again download and install the software. There is no way to simply renew and continue using this software, even if it was working perfectly before the renewal date. This makes absolutely no sense when you're monitoring a computer from some distance and the license expires. It completely defeats it's purpose. I will be changing to another software that is capable of continued use without monitored computer access.

Webwatcher records what it says it will record however in their advertising they brag about everything it does yet what they dont tell you is that to keep using many of its features you have to pay extra for example they only give you a certain amount of screen shots then you have no more unless you pay

an additional for each additional unit for the smart camera is $17.00 and that could be a monthly charge if it takes alot of screen shots and the storage is an additional 7 days $14.00 it costs an additional $27 dollars if you want 30 days of storage it costs you $47.95 and that will only hold the important data for 30 days if you are trying to monitor over a period of 12 months this will not work.

I would not recommend this product to anyone that really needs to keep an eye on what their significant other is doing especially if it is something that needs to be kept.

This was suppose to be the best on the market but i would recommend using another product this was not at all worth the money i spent on it.

It also has kinks it keeps resetting itself to a past date so i have to reset it almost every time i log on.

i bought webwatcherdata for blackberry having been assured it would work. When I bought it I tried to download it twice and was given detailed instruction by their online team. Only in the third time did the online support guy ask me to check which OS version it was.

When I found out it was v6 they blithely told me it would only support v4 and 5. They said I could not have my money back as I had not notified them within 3 days. It had taken them almost a week to tell me that the v6 could not be supported!!

Add to that, the blackberry user tahen asked me why a webwatcher logo had appeared on her blackberry screen!

I made it clear to web watcher team that if they did not refund me fully I would take this issue t the media. They have since Ssured me ihave been fully refunded. I await to see my next account summary.

That said, the online team were very good and helpful and always there. If only they had told me a the very outset before or immediately I had bought it that it would not suport v6. The logo appearing on the blackberry was really really annoying.

Dishonest company. I bought this in 2007. it worked fine for me for about 6 months and then stopped working. they had updated the product to a later revision and wanted me to buy a brand new one so it would work on my PC. when I bought it the offer was for lifetime licence and not until they decide to update it as they did.

They were looking for more money to get me up and running again. They may have fooled me once but not a second time.

I bought webwatcher mobile for a blackberry and it didn't even work!! I tried multiple times to download onto the mobile with help from the "webwatcher team". After three days I asked if I could get a refund seeing as their product didn't even work and I couldn't because it had been three days!!! Absolute waste!! don't waste your money or time with these people trust me!

I installed the program and first it worked fine. then AVG antivirus deleted a file it deemed to be a Gen.Trojan. I changed to Norton and upgraded Webwatcher to the new version..Norton immediately found a new Gen Trojan...svcboot_afblh.dll. Even if I assign the file to the scan exclusion list at Norton it quarantines the file and makes Webw. stop. Whats the answer? I contacted Norton and they can't help either..Don't bother trying to get help from Webw chat or otherwise..
