At The Beginning My Norton Anti Virus Was Out Of D

At the beginning my Norton Anti virus was out of date and my computer was full of viruses, spyware. It became red and froze so many times. I could not go on the internet and I kept getting the message that the virus was spreading all over the computer. So I managed to get system restore I restored the computer and got on internet and I kept browsing the internet till I had found a free antivirus which I considered as reliable. I had read some reviews about bullguard and many of them said it was a scam so I thought let me check it out and see what results I will get from this. It had really helped me and without bull guard my computer would have been crashed. And now I am using the even better version which is very easy to use. I recommend everyone to download it as it is free for 6 months time. I am not sure if the offer is still available but I will have a look and If anyone wants to know more I am here to help. Good luck

Bullguard Is Fine At Stopping Viruses. Unfortunate

Bullguard is fine at stopping viruses. Unfortunately, it has just done more damage to my PC, and to the PCs of countless other users, than viruses ever have.

On Saturday 20 March 2010 Bullguard released a routine update which attacked a wide range of executable files, including most operating systems, making affected machines inoperable. It took five hours to get my PC working again. A friend is still wrestling with bluescreens on his brand-new £2,000 machine.

Bullguard's response to this has been laughable. See the forum on their own website - Trojan.FakeAlert.5 Update issue - for more details. After wrecking people's PCs with their 'protective' software, they are now offering free license time - perhaps so they can have more chances to destroy valuable equipment.

I would never use one of their products again, and if you value your computer you won't either.

For A Cost-effective, Reliable And Up-to-date Pc S

For a cost-effective, reliable and up-to-date PC security package, Bullguard's latest v.7.0 is my choice. I've been with Bullguard for 2 years now, and beta tested both v6 and v7, and this latest incarnation of their internet security suite is the best yet!

The Spam Filter learns quickly, and accurately identifies spam after a very short time. The antivirus is quick and effective, with the backup of Bullguard Labs, who will analyse any suspected virus caught and submitted. The firewall, touch wood, has been secure. The backup facility is a useful safeguard, particularly for irreplaceable data, which I wish I'd started using sooner, before my last PC finally succumbed to terminal old-age.

Overall, Bullguard is an excellent package, and now with security for PDA's and Smart phones.

Highly recommended.

Couldn't agree more!

In addition to the regular (twice daily) updates, I like the feedback options which allow individual users to add to the company's central record of malware.

I don't suppose I'll ever know if Bullguard Internet Security Suite is catching everything, but after a year, my PC is still clean.
