Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2014

BitDefender customer services is a joke. I bought their products for three years, never been able to speak to a real person. This year I spent 3 hours trying to load a new product (antivirus plus 2014) the previous version total security 2013 would not delete. I tried using another companies security, but it blocked that. Finally I managed to type talk to someone who sent a removal tool that worked. I used 1.2 gb of data time [hours] to resolve this only to find that this is the poor relation in there products. One of the worst customer services I've come across,could not find a phone number to talk to someone straight away. Asked for a copy of complaints procedure, and I was ignored.
