BitDefender 9 Professional (Anitvirus & Firewall Protection)

As compared to other (Norton,Kaspersky,E-set,Mcafee)Bit Defender is creating problems for users.Because it is difficult for user to update offline.the layout is not well designed for a user.i personally checked,it have no ability to detect all the viruses.Some times it missed to detect all the virus files.The designed skins are not looking good or easy for the use.So,we hope that in future the admin team of Bit Defender will improve the product

Compared with others.I.E. Kasper-sky/ Norton/ A.V.G./ Trend / etc it is about on par but that leaves it with a resultant trail of trouble. If you want something that works but none of the professionals want, stick to Spybot or something similar.. Otherwise your problems will be, not using the product but getting rid of it> The key is Guaranties but they are not likley to give that are thy?

Bitdefender as an overall application is very good.

Memory consumption should be improved. Antiphishing should be improves as well as does not firefox.

Good antivirus, reacts instantly when new threats discovered, Pretty good firewall easy to use. 9/10 for bitdefender

BitDefender 9 is easy to use and effective, also good at busting spyware. Recommended!

Overall, BitDefender is the best software suite out there, covers everything, easy to use, and overall does a great job. Not as resource hungry as a lot of the other suites out there, but, once properly configured, gets the job done just as well. Personally, I don't think I'll ever go back to something like Norton or Avast, BitDefender for the win.

BitDefender 9 Professional (Anitvirus & Firewall Protection software) is very disappointing software. I use my computer for my living, and I have been unable to use it properly on several occasions for prolonged periods of time.

Despite these problems with BitDefender 9 Professional , I have renewed for a second year persuaded mostly by critiques I have read on websites on the net that rate it highly effective. I am very interested to hear from other users.
