I Had A 2 Year Old Z605, With Plenty Of Black Ink
I had a 2 year old Z605, with plenty of black ink and no colour ink. A new cheap colour cartridge is about £13. So buying the Lexmark Z640 printer and getting a new colour cartridge means I only paid about £7 for a new printer, as I already had the black cartridge and the USB cable, so for me it was a bargain. The printer does a very good job of printing, but because of the price of ink for this printer, it is only worthwhile if you are someone like me, that only does a small amount of printing. No good for photographs or anything like that. This is my third "Z" printer, and for me they are bargains. As in my case, it sometimes works out cheaper to buy a new printer, rather than buying new ink cartridges!
