Kodak Hero 5.1

As I do a fair amount of printing I was finding the ink was getting more expensive, I read about Kodak printers and decided to give this new model a go.

It's a bit strange as it has a seperate print head which you slot in, then slot the cartridges into that, after a bit of messing around I eventually got that click which says it's sorted, I printed some pictures out and they were quite good nice clear crisp colours so I was happy, I have a cannon scanner but as this was built in I decided to give it a go, it gave nice clear copies with good colour but on closer examination in zoom mode on my computer there were visible lines, I tried a couple of times and no matter what I did I still got lines, the printer is wireless so no need for annoying wires trailing across the floor, this printer is a good little printer if you are wanting to print snaps of the family etc and for normal documents its fine but if you want to reproduce larger clear pictures then this scanner is not quite up to the mark but for everyday cheap printing it is fine, and if the scanner was not showing lines I would give it a higher score, its slower than some printer for eg HP which I have but the print quality is quite good for the price.
