Eee Pc 1000ha - First The Ram Went, And That Was R
Eee PC 1000HA - First the RAM went, and that was replaced. Then the charger only charged intermittently. Got a new charger, but then the motherboard failed.
ASUS may promised repeatedly to take the Eee PC back for repair at cost, since the warranty has expired, but the courier never called. They do not allow you to post the computer back to them at your own cost, and because they don't sell replacement motherboards, your only option is to buy a whole new Eee PC.
This has been a very bad experience, both with the computer and ASUS' after sales service.
