Excellent Value, Excellent Service, Great Product, Bargain!
Bought 2 off Medion Akoya laptops as 'B' grade from the Medion website.
Arrived within a week from Germany.
Packaging for shipping not great, well packed top and bottom, but not underneath. 2 laptops in their retail boxes inside, undamaged and seemingly in perfect condition and unused, though allegedly 'B' grade (i.e. returns).
On unpacking the units were perfect and for £250 each for 32 bit operating systems (I wanted 32 bit Win 7 to run Autocad etc that I have in 32 bit form already), they were excellent value.
Several weeks later they are working perfectly with no problems.
I have to say the medion product is underrated in the UK and the sales terms and conditions are excellent offering a full 1 yrs guarantee on a 'B' grade product when Curry's/ PC World/ Dabs etc offer derisory terms and place ridiculous conditions on purchases returns.
Quality features like 1.3MP webcam, non-reflective screens, separation keyboard, full size num pad and HDMI output with proper battery charging control and dual low power/high power graphics cards are excellent.

I got one as well.....£350 reduced from £499.99 in Aldi......not worth £499.99...most prob why they didnt sell them all at that price....loads of stuff loaded on it...They should have sold it for £380 ish or less.... good value at that price as well......been perfect since I got it....and got 3yrs Aldi/Medion free warranty......so thats wroth a few bob in itself.
They tend to be overpriced in Aldi for the spec as compared with past years....other makes now at least equal if not slightly better for same price. Yes defo buy another but NOT at their currant asking prices.
Yes...defo underated in UK ! If they get their pricing right they would be laughing all the way to the bank (especially if they included a 3 yr warranty for everyone not just Aldi) !! Just my view of course !!
Would have to agree you get quality bang for your buck with Medion Akoya,Have had an Akoya desktop with quality spec and low price and not a problem with it in over three years,Recently bought my son the Akoya p6625 laptop with excellent spec for price, Would recommend to anyone.
