I have had this unit since July 2005 and suffered no downtime whatsoever, despite daily use of up to 7 hours per day. (In my office it stays in the docking station and I use a seperate 17" LCD Monitor, keyboard and mouse)
Due to a back problem I needed a laptop with full connectivity that didn't weigh a lot. My employers gave me this unit, as I was also to be doing a lot of travelling in my job. The connectivity of this unit I have found to be good and reliable, whether via WiFi hotspot, linked through a Motorola Triband phone or my own Sony Ericsson T610. In all cases the communications software has been very easy and intuitive to set up.
On an aside the SD card slot is an easy way for uploading pictures taken on digital camera's or Music so as to view and use easily.
Living with the machine and would I buy another? Most definitely. If you are looking for an A4 size notebook, then this unit or its successors may be just the thing for you too.
I found this review helpful because it helped me make up my decision with all the technical deatils it has covered
Thanks for details, it really helped me to make up my decision to buy this product.
