Nick is one of the nicest guys I know we have been with him for 3 years. He puts himself out to help and is always there when you need help. We the [Blackhand]Clan have nothing but praise for the way he runs Rackage he puts the customer first not profit. In the last 3 years we have had maybe 2 times when server crashed and he was there to sort it out straight away even when I was on holiday I rang him and he sorted out a problem for me so the rest of the clan could still game with no problems as I have already said Customer first not Profit. Well Done Nick And All Rackage Admins long my you continue.

Rackage are the best game server providers in the country.Over the years i have used many of the well know ones, but none of them compare to rackage. i rent a dedicated server, which has 14 servers installed on it, i have full control over them and the price is a fraction of what the competitors were asking.As for the support, i dont know who you have been dealing with, in my experience support are always around and always more than happy to help with anything, no matter what time of day.

I rented a gaming server from Rackage for a month to play BF2, from the outset there were nothing but problems in my experience, I had to constantly have the server restarted by the support staff, and I personally was unhappy with the help I received. Emails sent to support often didnt get received by the rackage staff as far as I am aware (even though they were sent with no problem and received receipts were issued back to me) After about 10 various issues with the server, the final fault was never resolved, they told me everything was OK when clearly it was not, I do not recommend rackage.
