Absolute rubbish! Companies like Dell need to go out of business to stop the extent of poor quality good that are being sold to customers.

Computer is rubbish, screen freezes resulting in shut down, speakers crackle, fan never stops working.

Forget Dell customer service, they wouldnt know what it was if it smacked them in the face.

I was told that the errors in the computer were my fault and that was 2 days after they replaced the motherboard & speakers and the screen & computer freeze still persisted and persists.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Before buying from Dell spoke to their sales support to discuss specification, specifically use of Windows 7 Professional because I needed XP option. When logged on to Windows website to activate OS immediately found incapable of running XP option as intended because Dell installs chip without virtualisation (which I didn't even know existed until I hit this issue). Dell must have known this at time of order placement. Dell extremely difficult to to speak to due to very slow and frankly useless offshore call center. On that basis alone I would not buy Dell again.

I have never had such poor service as that received from Dell. I used to be a fan of them however after a series of errors from Dell and charging me twice for the same product over the Christmas period. I am still fighting to get my money back. I would avoid Dell like the plague!
