I Have 3 Compaq Cq60 Computers. 2 Are 14 Months O

I have 3 compaq CQ60 computers. 2 are 14 months old the other is 11 months old. the DVD drive on both of the 14 month old computers has quit working, stating that the driver is bad. There is no updated driver on the compaq website. there is no support after warranty has expired. Compaq will not accept product input, complaints, or suggestions for any product out of warranty.

This is my last time to deal with compaq and hewlett packard. I have gone out and purchased a Toshiba laptop.
