Quite The Worst Customer Care I Have Ever Encounte
Quite the worst customer care I have ever encountered for any product or service anywhere in the world. If you have a problem like mine e.g. your brand new computer doesn't work when you get it out of the box, you must ring Acer support, join a queue and speak to 'an agent'. The agent must then interpret your problem and provide instructions for you to pass on to a courier, whom you must then call. The computer then goes away and, if you are lucky, it comes back working. If, like me, you are not so lucky and your brand new machine still doesn't work, you must go back through the same process. This is potentially endless unless you write to their 'Escalations' department, the address of which I was never given, despite sending a brand new non-functioning machine back twice, only to have it returned with exactly the same problem each time.
I bought the computer at the end of July, it is now the beginning of October and we are still no further forward.
