I can't recommend NS Optimum and their technical support services high enough.

My school have used NS Optimum for many years and I also used them at my previous school. They supply pretty much everything for education IT systems and prices have always been competitive. However it is the support I find to be incredibly helpful, from the account manager and technical advisors advice, to the technical support we receive on an ongoing basis to support our school. Well done guys, keep up the good work.

Very happy with the level of work done and attitude and work ethic of engineers. Sales and support team were supportive and helped with the many complications that cam with our particular install. We had 11 Promethean Touch Screens installed to a new building that at times was still a building site. Engineers worked around this as best the could and support team helped rearrange installation dates to suit our availability. Additionally, we had 3 LCD screens with Sedao signage

We get all the laptops for our company from NS optimum and the staff are always helpful and always get competitive quotes to us quickly! The products are always good quality.

What more do you need?

NS Optimum recently installed 17 interactive whiteboards in our school. The project was well planned and managed from the first site visit to the installation. NS Optimum's attention to detail, communication and willingness to spend time on site post installation meant that there were very few issues when teachers started using the boards. NS Optimum's after sales service has also been excellent meaning that we are able to use the boards to their full capability.

Just want to talk about my recent installation from NS Optimum. NS optimum gave us excellent customer service when dealing with our order. Despite some problems along the way, they were always very helpful and dealt with our problems efficiently to ensure a smooth installation. I would certainly continue to use NS optimum knowing that as the customer, I will be getting a high quality service.

Sales contact had an excellent understanding of our requirements and limitations of working within a school environment. Quotes were received quickly and had clear information and competitive pricing from the start.

Installation engineers were polite and friendly, flexible, tidy and very efficient. Technical setup on our wireless install was adaptable to our specific requirements rather than a standard cookie-cutter solution, with the engineer being capable, efficient, thorough and patient to ensure all our needs were met.

The company provides all aspects of support from advising me on hardware to suit specific requirements, software advice, installation and maintenance advice. They're an extremely efficient company to deal with and always offer very competitive pricing. I know when I need information from them I can email or call and actually have a conversation with a person immediately - this is not always the case with some larger businesses. I have 20 client businesses that I provide I.T. support to and we have used this company successfully for the past 8 years, in that period of time I have had no complaints and only praise for the service level they provide.

Easy to contact by phone, email, website, very knowledgable on all aspects of hardware and software, always happy to assist in any way possible even if requirements fall slightly outside of the standard remit. Engineers presentable, more than happy to help/talk to customer and quality of work carried out always to the highest standard. I don't have anything negative to say about their level service and have been using them for the past 7 years.

Just the most excellent service with great prices, delivery and options. Looking forward to continuing our relationship with NSO. I would most definitely recommend the company as a specialist education supplier.
