Hmm, don't know where to start. Well firstly to call this a 'HD' camera goes against the trade descriptions act. People with average cameras were complaining of my picture quality. Using the software could not resolve this problem. The customer support was dreadful too. The retailer never responded to my emails and the manufacturer made out like it was my fault. AVOID!
