Logitech Z-10

Ok my turn,

These speakers are quiet the upgrade from my previous 15years old Logitech X-120 set up. Please check them out you wouldn't believe the difference.

I feel as if, these are the modern version of the x-120 so overall pleased I haven't lost part off my childhood speakers memories =)

Well these speakers retail at an expensive price for quiet some time & still to date. I feel lucky I picked mine up for £50 (Shipping Included) of ebuyer.

The sound quality is perfect for desktop speakers, my only moan is that they get extremely HOT due to the Lcd display. which is touch sensitive (Novelty wears of after 5 seconds) Also the lack of supported software application that the Lcd displays "Now Playing" Info.

If your lucky you can find customized plug-ins to use in your favorite media player. I found 1 to use with foobar2000 which Logitech did not provide the support for.

on top of that the weight of the 2nd speaker is extremely heavy, I have a glass desktop & was lucky not to break when the 1.5KG weight of a speaker dropped on it side. Also & this 1 really hacks me of is Volume control.

Logitech brag about not needing Drivers as it uses "Windows default sound card" I found my self fighting & still do with several different volume applications to control the volume. flipping back & forth between sound cards. After uve over-come all of the above & paid a fair price these speakers are really nice & stylish. Just hope they last as long as my previous speakers.

The packaging is really something again for the price I paid these speakers are perfect desktop soundage.

These speakers give very transparent and dynamic sound, crisp treble and incredible bass for the size, giving the impression that there is in fact a subwoofer somewhere!

The speakers look good, the weight suggests a decent power supply and internal amplifier, which all contribute to the final high performance.

The icing on the cake is the interactive display - takes a little getting used to but is a joy to use once you've familiarized yourself.

I'm fussy about sound and music and would have no hesitation in recommending these to anyone. Some might think the price a little high compared with some in this category, I say its well worth it - you get what you pay for - and these little speakers give you first class value
