Advent ADE-210F 2.1 Flat Panel PC Speaker System

Well, let's just say i bought these for my gaming setup as my stereo decided to die on me :( I only had £20 on me at the time, so i went out and bought a pre-owned pair for £10, I was blown away by the quality from the smaller satellite speakers! Nice and crisp sound out of them and give a good effect to the games, the subwoofer is also a very good and yet a fairly small subwoofer, the bass it gives of is amazing! All together, the sound is great and the price isn't going to hurt your wallet so I can't argue :)

I was bought these as a present about 2 years ago and their still going despite being dropped and knocked around a lot. The flat speakers look pretty cool but in my opinion don't compare to the more traditional style speakers in either power or price. The sub woofer is good and I was surprised to find it had such a low power because its punchy for its modest size. If your looking for a good looking and thin set of speakers on quite a limited budget you could do a lot worse, but if your willing to sacrifice on any of the above look else where. There are lots of a lot better set of speakers about!

I am very disappointed in these speakers. I bought them to connect to my PC to listen to the radio on, watch programs from the iPlayer and sometimes listen to music. I do not turn them up to anything like full volume because they are used in a small study environment. The main issue is that the speakers are very poor at coping with the sound range. In particular speech from Radio 4 makes them fizz crackle and pop. My ancient 50's valve radio in the garage is much better! I would take them back to PC world if I had not lost the receipt.

great item lasts well sounds crisp and for the cash you cant go wrong, yes i agree the sound crackles when you turn up the volume on the base unit but as i run mine from my pc i have it just below max and use the pc volume instead all in all a neat set of speakers.

Advent ADE-210F 2.1 are cracking speakers, lasted me a good time now and great value for money. To say they are so small they're pretty loud, sound quality is great apart from the crackling when you turn the volume up but apart from that they are great, I would definitely recommend to family and friends. The flat panels are also great for a slim line looking design.

I use the Advent ADE-210F 2.1 Flat Panel PC Speaker System with tv for better sound quality and also with xbox 360. Is great with tv for programmes and gameplay, however there is occasionally too much treble when listening to music. Cables on input could be longer as they do not reach from floor at side of tv unit to the back of the tv. Otherwise very good and very good value at pcworld sale, only £14.67. This set of speakers have a very clear sound. Its tone is detailed and Advent has manage to give this speaker good depth without being "Boomy". as many desktop speakers tend to be.

The two slimmed speakers is not only beautifully design but also very practical as one can choose to fit them either to a stand or a wall and the subwoofer fits nicely under the computer desk.

Even though this is a speaker to be used at the computer, one can get quite a lot of volume out of it.
