Power Color ATI 1GB

I upgraded to this card from Nvidia's previous flagship the 8800GTX. I was already prepared for the size of the card and the amount of power it needed as the GTX was similar in those two fields. If im 100% honest there was as much of a gain as I had expected, although the gains were enough to make games like Crysis and Farcry 2 alot more playable. For example, before in Crysis with everything on full i would get an FPS of around 28 and now I get around 40. The difference isn't much, but it is the difference between chuggy game play and silky smooth game play.In all this is a great card for someone who wants modern performance on a budget. For the sake of a few more quid, make sure you go for the 1GB version. Im sure with newer and more optimized drivers will see this card improve alot more.
