Bought A Matsui Dab R103 As A Cheap Tester Of Dab
Bought a Matsui DAB R103 as a cheap tester of DAB transmissions. At first a bit of "Bubbling" would occur now and then, but now with a stronger signal the sound is very clean but restrcted from the small speakers, but using the radio as a tuner through my hi fi the sound is extreemly good. Used as a portable radio it is only adequate, much better to use the phono outputs and treat the radio as a tuner.
The designof the case is used by a number of "NAMES" Grundig being one as well as Matsui. but whats in a name? Good value if used as suggested.

The Matsui Dab R103 Is Best Used As A Dab Tuner Fe
The Matsui DAB R103 is best used as a DAB tuner feeding a decent Hi Fi no problem good reception and sound.
Definitely recommended when compared to some of the so called top end brands.
This one is sold at a reasonable price, has phono outputs for good quality sound if used as part of a stereo system.
