Intempo Digital RDI iPod Speaker Dock

i liked the look of intempo rdi and sound was good but after 15 months speakers stopped working customer service not helpful , thats if they answer the phone.looks like there is a common problem whit all the models. i would never buy from intempo again. i will be putting it in the bin and getting a better make .

Set-up easy, sound quality good, appearance great but then it started going downhill.

Like many, I have owned the unit for 18 months and it has stopped working, the speakers seem totally disengaged from the rest of the unit. Revo do not answer any e-mail enquiries and seem to have no customer care staff. I am binning an expensive piece of kit and buying from a different manufacturer because they will not help.

I would strongly advise any potential purchaser of Revo equipment to go buy from a manufacturer that will support their products, Revo seem to make product that expires shortly after the warranty and make absolutely no effort to support their products. Rubbish company - AVOID.
