The Sound Is Excellent Especially With My Westone
The sound is excellent especially with my westone um 1 s, it sounds equally good with my portable jbl speakers. down loading music is dead easy too and quick. E.Q. is good as well
I've had my zen extra for about four years and as I'm a carpenter it gets a fair bit of abuse, dropped a few times, dusty atmosphere, temperature extremes etc and yet it keeps going.

I Couldn't Be Happier. I Bought My Zen Mp3 Player
I couldn't be happier. I bought my Zen MP3 player in Dubai whilst travelling 3 YEARS AGO!!! And for half the price!! I haven't stopped using my Zen since I got it, and I am always plugged in. Sound quality is excellent!! The Graphic Equalisers age great for boosting any sound range, beefing up base to bring out the Treble. Being an anti poopod person, the question I always ask Poders is how long they've had it? I get 2 answers... 1. Oh my first one broke. This is my second, or sometimes third!!! 2. Oh I just got it. THREE YEARS, and around the world. Still going strong, Cheers !!! Oh yes, I even managed to break off the the end of my head phone jack in the connection socket, and I don't mean the whole metal end, just the tip!! I opened my Zen and got it out. Hard work, but worth it, as it still works a treat.

I Bought A Creative Labs Creative Zen Xtra 60gb Mp
I bought a Creative Labs Creative Zen Xtra 60GB MP3 player off the internet via a UK company. It broke with a hard disc problem after 6 months. I then spent 2 months trying to get Creative to accept it back, as they would not accept the Email receipt I received from the web seller (very common nowadays) as proof of purchase. Even though I had registered my product when I brought it via their website. That obviously doesn't count for anything. Then as soon as they sent me back the player, it was a replacement, so I lost 50GB of music that took me 3 years to collect. The new one I got back lasted 4 months, and had the same fault. By this time my original warranty was out, even though a completely new player had only lasted 4 months. Creative were not interested at all. I paid £300 pounds, and I expected a product costing that much to last for years! I also had it on my desk at work, so it was not being shocked at all. Poor product poor company. I will never buy anything from them again.
