Overall...i Would Buy This Sony Mz-s1 S2 Product A
Overall...I would buy this Sony MZ-S1 S2 product again and would recommend it to my friends and family. I actually have 2 Sony MD's and use them every day. I am looking forward to using the 1 GB disks, not sure if it works with my version of software yet but I am excited to try it.
I have the root cause to the software issues encountered from conflicts with other software products like Music Match.
I would really like to see Music Match and other 3rd party software companies support this product because I have seen so many consumers struggle.
If they continue to struggle and have the same frustrations as I have had, they will not recommend or purchase future products like this.
I also believe customer support could improve. They try really hard and are very nice. With more technical information on hand, support could improve.
