I Think This Sony Mz-nf810 Is A Great Portable Min

I think this Sony MZ-NF810 is a great Portable mini disc player because it can record from other media outlets and downlaod songs from your PC. It's sound quality is awesome and the radio tops it off. Anyone looking for their first mini disk player this is a great start because it's not tooo expensive. This will last a long time and is so much fun!

I Bought This Sony Mz-nf810 + Tuner Mini Disk Play

I bought this Sony MZ-NF810 + Tuner mini disk player to make back up audio when I work with my video camera so I would have full audio track at the time of editing.

Well forget it. Sony made it sure that the USB connection will not work from the MD recorder towards the computer and this makes it a Can$ 400.00 piece of junk.

I got rid of it. It was not good for my use.

But hooked it up with a sound mixer with regular path cords to the sound card input jacks.

You will need a mixer to manipulate the volume and impedence, otherwise you get distortion.

Hi mickey. Can you recommmend on which connection (cable, brand, Etc.) and software to use for copy songs from the MZ-NF810 to a PC?

mickey

Now I use the phone jack to mixer to sound card on PC. If you can listen to it you can digitize it. But it is a shame that one has to go in a round about way to do it. If you want to listen to music for half the price and size or even less you can get a good MP3 player.

What do you have now? What was wrong with uploading?
