Sounds Good For Size With Supplied Teac Speakers B
Sounds good for size with supplied teac speakers but may try Warfdale 9.1.
The unusual USB feature recording works easily for direct radio recording
but I found it hard to set timed record .
Main settings easy, CD play quality OK but some v. slight mechanical noise.
Reliability used for 2 years fine sofar.
Looks high quality.
Receiver quality is high both on FM and digital.

The Teac Cr-h255 Does What It Says On The Box, Usb
The Teac CR-H255 Does what it says on the box, USB input is nice. I connected additional sub woofer speaker and the whole thing to a TV set and works great. In my opinion, I think you get the value for the money with this.

I Bought This Teac Cr-h255 In September 2007. On
I bought this Teac CR-H255 in September 2007. On arrival, I connected it to my speakers and turned it on. There was a smell of hot insulation and the sound output was very low. I put it back into the box and returned it to the supplier. They sent it back quite quickly saying that they'd found no fault. In April 2008, the only sound from the unit was a hissing noise. I sent it back again and once more it was returned with no fault found, but with an invoice for about £40. Now, just before Christmas, the CD has gone faulty. The instruments sound ok, but the vocals are very low and in the background. Neither supplier nor manufacturer want to repair the unit because it's more than 12 months old. I shall not be buying another TEAC

I Bought One Of These At The Beginning Of 2007
I bought one of these at the beginning of 2007
Good quality compact system.
If you have room consider better speakers, the TEAK speakers
are good for the price though.
Consider the next model up which plays DVDs too.
