Based On My Experience I Would Never Buy Another P
Based on my experience I would never buy another Primare product.
Quality sounds, but very unreliable. After sales and customer care - very unhelpful to me.
The Primare rep said the blown channel fault was caused by external factors - but did not elaborate. They used this reasoning as an excuse to not honour its replacement warranty. primare does not return my phone calls.
Since purchase I have been unable to use the unit for 15 out of the 20 days. It's not what i had expected for a unit that cost me US$1500.
