“Poor Service Since Eon Energy Became Eon Next”

I have been with eon energy for as many years as I can remember. There service was excellent. I like a paper bill and like to pay over the phone every 3 months using a debit card. Not possible with eon next. Although I can get a paper bill, I get one every month. They have no 24/7 payment telephone and the only telephone number they provide is impossible to get through to. I tried to pay on line and I had to create an account and pass word and nothing went right, going round and round in circles. 

Accessed their Chat line and within about 2 seconds it terminated. Time spent roughly 45 minutes before I managed to pay what I owed them ( the last ever payment with them fortunately). 

This was the culmination of endless problems with their website and I already decided to move my electricity to British Gas. I have just received my bill from British gas. It took me about 30 seconds to make a payment on their automated payment line. What a difference. Never get mixed up with eon next
