I had my account switched from British Gas to Evolve without asking they are having smart meter connection issues and ther is no website or app up and running yet it just keeps reverting me back to my old account which has now got no statements readings or usage i live with my disabled sister we are both in our 60s and need to know usage so we can budget i contacted the live chat waited a long time was cut off and tried again the live chat just keeps saying it takes 28days and they are working on it thats a month without control no account details on usage/ status / direct debit payments/ price/ readings or do we just not use and freeze???
