I have 52" Hunter ceiling fan for some time. Now it's blade arm broke. It's specific blade arm with holes and distance between them. I called Hunter company. First in it's automated service I could neither get operator nor a specialist. Finally I been put on hold for 20 plus minutes for a specialist and I hang up. Next I tried online. It's website and it's non descriptive and did not help. Now I have no choice but go buy another whole fan assembly. Would I ever buy Hunter fan or suggest to someone ??? Not in my life.
