So called expert never delivered on my paper but took my 90 dollars….help desk couldn’t help either. Wouldn’t recommend this service

Hi there! Our system doesn't release funds to an expert if the project's not been completed yet: if no final file has been uploaded by an expert, the project stays in progress, which is displayed in your project page. In case the deadline passes and no file is uploaded, the funds return to your Studybay balance. Please contact our Support team, we'd be glad to help you out

Hi there! I'm so sorry our Support team couldn't handle your request promptly. In case the paper is not delivered on time, there's always a "request a refund button" next to you project :)
