OCR are a disgrace. Their Chief Exec does not answer emails of complaint and complaints are not dealt with.

When you call the call centre messages are never dealt with and emails are not responded to.

If you are commenting on behalf of the company that has been reviewed, please consider upgrading to Official Business Response for higher impact replies.
