I thought that as they were being sold in Ikea, that I would receive a similar level of customer service. Four months on, from the initial installation, Hanergy, have refused to repair my guttering that their scaffolders / Roofers broke. Despite, tons of correspondence, they have simply washed their hands of the whole affair. Unfortunately, Ikea are pretty much the same. I would seriously avoid them, if you are thinking of a solar panel installation. Spend the extra cash and go with a far reputable company and don't think that just because they are being sold in an Ikea store that you will receive the same level customer service.
