Ordered card, champagne and chocolates for specified day delivery. They did not arrive. Order status stayed at ‘order confirmed’. When I spoke to customer service they said they only become aware of such issues if the customer actually gets in touch. Totally unacceptable from such a huge company. Communication between moonpig, their suppliers and customer non existent. Said I could have a refund and to reorder at ‘no extra cost’? (Money is going to take 5-10 days to be refunded) No thanks. It’s waitrose or marks and spencer for me in future. Moonpig would do well to learn from them
