I am absolutely livid. I ordered my Step mother's flowers and card on the 6th of September in order to reach her by the 30th - 24 days.! By 3pm on the day, there was no sign of the card or flowers. So I called Moonpig, who told me that their 'van had broken down'. I said right, so can you find another way of getting some flowers to my mum on her actual birthday and not the day after - which you're now saying. Their van has broken down??? This isn't a small local florists - this is a massive massive company.
They said they can't help, they were really unhelpful, I asked the manager to call me back and I'm still waiting, What a joke. They didn't even call me to let me know the van had broken down! It's only when I called to find out where the flowers were. Mickey Mouse.
