“Poor Service Poor Products Charged too much”

Ordered the valentines package of chocs flowers card and balloon.

Arrived late in the afternoon. Flowers where already wilting and turned black. Balloon was deflated.

Poor response from moonpig who offered a ridiculous £10 refund on my card or £15 on moonpig credit. For the £40 that was charged I could have done a better job of everything and used a cab to have it delivered.

Was forced to spend more money on new flowers so as not to look a complete pratt.

Never use moonpig most people that I have mentioned this too that have used it have had similar or worse experiences.

Be warned.

If I had googled it before I made my purchase I woulda saved a lot of headache.

If you really want to use an online service for this use funky pidgeon.
