They have really good cards but the rest leaves a lot to be desired.

1) Advent calendars showing as not installed when they clearly were - friends had thanked me for them! Alas, they have had to re-install 3 or 4 times as the days have passed.

2) I have a 2 year subscription. They said my membership had expired after 12 months. I checked my details & there it was, valid until 2013. Mailed them to say so, received an apology. BUT, they then changed my details & said I hadn't renewed, blocked access just 3 days after agreeing that I still had 12 months membership.

3) No phone number! Why are they hiding?
