I book with them and is worst thing that I done, I pay on the 20/03/13 they said I shoud receive my date on 11/04/13 but until today 11 days after the date that they say they will book nothing, I can talk will no1 I send lots of email and I don't have any respond from them waist of money but I gona try to get my money back.

I googled book driving test online as I wanted to book one for my son. This website came up first and, assuming it was the official one, I entered my son’s licence number, his theory pass number and my credit card details. When I saw that the fee was £88 I abandoned the booking (as I thought) and called their PREMIUM RATE number to make sure that the booking had not gone through. I spoke to a lady who, after keeping me holding on for a while, told me that as the booking had not been completed, they had no record of either me or my son. I then went on the official DSA website and booked my son’s test.

My son attended the test centre on that date at that time and was told his driving test had been changed to another one six weeks away by this company. I have called and e mailed them on several occasions to ask why they changed or cancelled his test when they claimed they had no record of his details and did not book this test – I did. They falsely posed as my son to change his test date and give it to someone else. They never at any time communicated with me or my son to tell us that they did this and, as a result , their actions have cost me a large sum of money. I have been informed by my credit card company that they have taken £88 from my card without my permission, despite telling me that they had no credit card details for me. I had no contract with them and they should therefore not have changed my son’s driving test date without his permission

The sum that this has cost me so far is £88 to BYDTO for charging me for something I did not give permission for, £62 for the OFFICIAL driving test that was changed, £40 for the cost of the car and instructor for the test and £16 for one phone call to BYDTO to confirm I had no contract with them - and my son still has had n driving test! I am in communication with trading standards and my MP.
