I purchased a set of french doors and a window ( with fixing kits for both)from this companyin april 2014.

they confirmed delivery date so i had to take day off work. nothing was delivered. no contact from company to explain why.

after hours of trying to phone them , another date was arranged. to the same outcome.

after more hours of trying to get hold of them on the phone and email ( at this point i was worried about this being fraud!!)

eventualy on the third date that was arranged the doors came with their glass and the window came WITHOUT the glass or fixing kits.

so it was another day wasted tring to get hold of them about re sending the glass and fixing kits.

the glass arrived 2 weeks later STILL WITH NO FIXING KITS.

i have rand 3 times a week for the last 2 months, i send an email daily requesting a refund of £30 for the fixing kit.

the staff are rude and not interested.

its now july and i am still waiting for refund and have had to write a final letter before i pursue it more formaly.

in a word DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

the quality is rubbish aswel, but they are so cheap that i guess you get what you pay for. but customer service should always be of a high standard.
