If it were possible to leave no stars I would!
19 March 2020 We ordered a Composite Door and Fixed Window to be fitted ASAP. We were told that the surveyor would be along the following eeek to 'measure up' even though precise measurements could be given that day. The following week, we were put into lockdown so, obviously, wedidn't expect a surveyor. Fast forward to today, 13 October 2020 and we have had no further contact from Reliant since the salesman took our order and hospitality! I would call that extreme bad manners and disgustingly poor mismanagement! Yes, I could have tried to further contact them which, on one occasion, I did but, to no avail. Good Customer Service is blatantly not part of this company's concern, it is not for me. to have to chase them, good cutomer service comes from caring about one's customers. I would, as I have already said, call it an issue of bad manners to say the very least and, would add, that Covid cannot be blamed for all ills.
