Launa gave me a good quote - not the cheapest but very reasonable. I had the work done by them (Windows and doors replacing like for like) and am very happy both with the quality of the products and the way that it was installed.

Launa took double the amount of time to install the windows, had to come back and replace whole windows due to damage caused by the fitter. Very poor customer service rang 4 times (over 4 days) to get them to come out and fix a leaking window - ending up fixing it myself. Never return phone calls.

The product is good but only if fitted correctly and not damaged which I had issues with every window/door. They take ages to correct their faults and when you complain they blame Human Error.

I would NOT recommend them! Other people offer the same product and i am sure the service would be a lot better
