Terrible service!!
After waiting 4 weeks for a surveyor visit we then had to wait another 2 weeks for anyone to tell us whether our order had been placed and if the discount had been applied because we couldn't have the window design that we had been quoted for (which both hadn't)
So already a month behind the feasible time scale that was set out by the sales manager. To then be told 2 days before the notified install date that there was a problem with part of the order with a call to customer service that went like this:
Me: What's wrong with our order?
Support: I'm not sure
Me: When will it be sorted?
Support: I'm not sure, I cant see any updates
Me: can you give me any date or indication of a time frame as I’m already wasting holiday time as the install has now been cancelled?
Support: No, sorry

So you haven't held up your end of the agreement and cant even tell us anything, to then be told that we cant pull our order and go with a competent company is a complete joke!

Really not impressed with your service, company or lack of communication
