Rare excellence in this day & age

We loved the prospect of being the proud owners of a David Salisbury (DS) Orangery, but the thought of builders and all that that typically entails was still a concern. We need not have worried - our experience of David Salisbury was definitely atypical!
Throughout the process our experience was superb: from initial design visit, to exceptional support in helping us bring our neighbours satisfactorily on a journey which would inevitably involve them, we could not have wanted more. The way DS managed the planning process - our property is Grade 2 listed and in a Conservation Area, was professional and sensitive. Then the builders arrived. To a man they were wonderful - hard working and considerate, in fact a joy to have around. Nothing was too much trouble, and the quality is exceptional. They worked long days and, without fail, always left the site tidy and safe. The dealings with the office team were similarly professional.
All this adds up to the obvious fact that there is a culture of excellence at the heart of David Salisbury. We are now furnishing our Orangery and look forward to many years of happy usage, all underpinned by fond memories of the way it came into our lives.
My wife and I would unhesitatingly recommend David Salisbury.
